Rule 9 Academy is where I let my Dragon out to play.

It is where I open the doorway from my childhood, and allow it free reign as an adult. I hope you enjoy my playground. Here, you will meet Sadie Cross, Thomas Tuttle, and Sirris Waverly...and many more friends, old, new, and yet to come. 

The Star of the series is Sadie Cross...and maybe she reminds me a little bit of myself when I was her age. Awkward and shy, and sarcastic when she's uncomfortable. Sadie struggles to make normal friends...especially since she is not interested in make-up or pretty dresses. Instead, Sadie is most comfortable roaming the backwoods of Shephard's Mountain, not too far from the Tobacco Mountains in Montana, her cross-bow slung over her shoulder. And finding trouble...always with the danger that seems to stalk her every movement. It's where she will meet Thomas and Sirris...and where they will all fight for their lives...and discover that normal is a vastly underrated term for what they really are...or are capable of. Sadie will discover that what she most admires about her new friends...is the special blend of abilities that will keep them all alive...
